For clients who want to be fully represented in their dealings with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) or with Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) we offer a flat fee option. We will submit the application on your behalf and act as your authorized representative. We will guide you step by step through the whole application process and communicate with IRCC, ESDC or the PNP office on your behalf. Should you be invited for a selection interview, we will assist you in preparing for this event.
At your initial consultation, we will discuss the services you will require and explain the details and steps involved in carrying out those services. We cannot provide a flat fee rate for any particular service prior to understanding the details of your case and having determined the amount of work that will be involved.
The flat fee covers the services outlined in the retainer agreement of which you will receive a copy, assuming no out of the ordinary issues arise in the course of completing the work on your case. We will discuss timely if such event threatens to present itself with an indication as to whether an adjusted approach or service may be required.
At your initial consultation, you can indicate the need for a payment plan and we will discuss the possible options. In such cases, upon signing the agreement, you will be required to make a down payment of half of the retainer fee. The second installment will be due within two to four weeks, depending on the specifics of your retainer agreement. In any case, however, the balance of the retainer fee will have to be paid before the remaining work in your case is completed and submitted for filing at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) and/or Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP).
An initial consultation will approximately take one to one and a half hour. Our initial consultation fee is $175 (+tax). In case you decide to hire us as your authorized representative to file your immigration application within the three months following the initial consultation, the consultation fee is fully credited towards the retainer fee.
If you have decided to do the application procedure yourself we offer the service of reviewing the completed application at the time it is ready to be submitted. Our application review fee is $400 (+tax) and depending on the type of application includes an up to two-hour consultation in person or on SKYPE.
All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars. Our fees do not include provincial and federal government processing fees, courier charges, copying or scanning, translations or notarization of documents, long distance phone charges, credential assessments, medical examinations and police clearance certificates. GST/HST will be added to payments made from Canada. No taxes apply to payments made from outside of Canada.
